Second Trimester

During second trimester omega 3 and 6 are required for bone brain development. We have highlight omega 3 and 6 are rich foods Brown. Iron are equally important in second trimester. We have highlighted Iron rich foods green.

5-6 months of pregnancy are active months for bone development. Calcium is crucial nutrient during these month. We have highlight calcium rich foods orange.
