Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds


You may cancel your subscription, course or consultation booking at any time by letting us know of the cancellation by email at info@pregahealth.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email or phone within two working days of receipt.


In case of subscription/courses

If you cancel more than 7 days before the start of the course then you will receive a full refund, less 500 INR to cover our administrational costs. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the course, then no refund will be given. However, under exceptional circumstances, we can offer a full refund at any point up until the course begins.

We require a minimum number of participants to run the courses. If for any reason these numbers are not reached, then the Pregahealth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course or consultation. In such situation, we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.


In case of online consultations


If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the consultation then you will receive a full refund, less 300 INR to cover our administrational costs. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the consultation, then no refund will be given. However, under exceptional circumstances, we can offer a full refund at any point up until the consultation time.


In the event it is proved that a service provider has acted in a manner which is against any applicable laws or in an abusive manner, we may provide refund either wholly or in part, subjected to an investigation undertaken by us.

In the event it is proved that you have demonstrated abusive nature during the consult, you shall not be eligible for any refund and we/service provider shall be entitled to take any legal action as applicable.


To be eligible for refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
